Christmas Trees are subject to a standard 3-5 day delivery window. This means that once your order for a tree is placed, the tree will be despatched and delivered within 3-5 days on orders placed prior to 12 midday on the day of order.
All other items (baubles, mini trees, garlands, wreathes) - We make every effort to get orders delivered to you within 7 working days or on a specified date if required. From time-to-time delivery times may be extended at busy periods or for other reasons beyond our control. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems.
We can deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Lowlands, Scottish Highlands and Islands using Standard Delivery. Other delivery options are available to additional destinations.
We cannot deliver to UK PO Box addresses.

Mini trees, Garlands & Wreathes. Our lowest rate delivery charge is £3.95 (usually for single items). Our delivery charge is based on the weight of the product, including packaging. You will be made aware of the full delivery charge at checkout before commiting to order.
Where multiple products are purchased the delivery charge will be multiplied depending on the total weight up to a maximum charge of £7.00, or an order value of £80 where our free delivery kicks in. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, and as we use Royal Mail or Interlink Express. Please allow three to seven working days for delivery (this may be extended at busy periods due to products being hand made to order).
You can place an order for delivery anywhere in the UK, providing our delivery service can accept it. Unfortunately, we are unable to support multiple delivery addresses per order. In the case you leave a wrong delivery address, you will be charged for redelivery tot he correct address.
Refer to your invoice to see whether there is more than one parcel. For example, if it says 1 of 2 or 1 of 3, then this means that we were unable to package your entire order on one package and you should expect a further delivery within the next few days.
If some of the items were unavailable when we went to pick your order then these items may have been cancelled from your order. Your paperwork will show the products that have been cancelled.
Out of stock items on an order will be sent as soon as available.
Before contacting us please check your emails from us. Please check your junk email folder, and ensure that the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is added to your ‘safe senders’ list. Then contact us quoting the order number and date of order. We will then track your order with the relevant party and inform you on the delivery status and next steps.
If you or the intended recipient is not in when the delivery attempt is made, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection of your order.
Currently it is not possible for you to order from our website for collection.
Our couriers will endeavour to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. These are usually due to circumstances beyond their control, and unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for loss of time or money.

Please contact us regarding any returns. We endeavour to make the returns process as swift as possible, however from time to time delays may occur. In the event of returns due to damage, we may require some photographic evidence to determine where damage originated from i.e. in transit.
If there has been a change of mind, it is the customers' responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery and to take care that goods returned are well packaged and are in the same condition as when we despatched them.
