Shipping & Delivery

Christmas Trees are subject to a standard 3-5 day delivery window. This means that once your order for a tree is placed, the tree will be despatched and delivered within 3-5 days on orders placed prior to 12 midday on the day of order.

All other items (baubles, mini trees, garlands, wreathes)  - We make every effort to get orders delivered to you within 7 working days or on a specified date if required. From time-to-time delivery times may be extended at busy periods or for other reasons beyond our control. We will inform you if we know of any expected delays or problems. 

We can deliver to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Lowlands, Scottish Highlands and Islands using Standard Delivery. Other delivery options are available to additional destinations. 

We cannot deliver to UK PO Box addresses. 


Delivery Options and Charges

Free delivery - delivered within 3-5 days. (Applies to Christmas Trees, does not include mini trees, wreathes, garland)

Mini trees, Garlands & Wreathes.  Our lowest rate delivery charge is £3.95 (usually for single items). Our delivery charge is based on the weight of the product, including packaging. You will be made aware of the full delivery charge at checkout before commiting to order.

Where multiple products are purchased the delivery charge will be multiplied depending on the total weight up to a maximum charge of £7.00, or an order value of £80 where our free delivery kicks in.  We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, and as we use Royal Mail or Interlink Express. Please allow three to seven working days for delivery (this may be extended at busy periods due to products being hand made to order).


Delivery Addresses:

You can place an order for delivery anywhere in the UK, providing our delivery service can accept it. Unfortunately, we are unable to support multiple delivery addresses per order. In the case you leave a wrong delivery address, you will be charged for redelivery tot he correct address.


What if only part of your order has arrived?

Refer to your invoice to see whether there is more than one parcel. For example, if it says 1 of 2 or 1 of 3, then this means that we were unable to package your entire order on one package and you should expect a further delivery within the next few days.

If some of the items were unavailable when we went to pick your order then these items may have been cancelled from your order. Your paperwork will show the products that have been cancelled.

Out of stock items on an order will be sent as soon as available.


What if your order has not arrived at all?

Before contacting us please check your emails from us. Please check your junk email folder, and ensure that the email address is added to your ‘safe senders’ list. Then contact us quoting the order number and date of order. We will then track your order with the relevant party and inform you on the delivery status and next steps.


What if you’re not in?

If you or the intended recipient is not in when the delivery attempt is made, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange re-delivery or collection of your order.


Collecting your order

Currently it is not possible for you to order from our website for collection.


Late Deliveries

Our couriers will endeavour to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays can occur. These are usually due to circumstances beyond their control, and unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for loss of time or money.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us regarding any returns. We endeavour to make the returns process as swift as possible, however from time to time delays may occur. In the event of returns due to damage, we may require some photographic evidence to determine where damage originated from i.e. in transit.

If there has been a change of mind, it is the customers' responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery and to take care that goods returned are well packaged and are in the same condition as when we despatched them.

Change of Mind

  • is wholly compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000, which allows for a 7 day "cooling off" period.
  • If the unlikely event that you decide to return an item due to a change of mind then you must contact us first either via our contact form, direct email ( or via telephone anytime up to 7 working days. The 7 day ‘cooling off’ period begins the day after taking delivery of your purchase form us.
  • Once we have confirmed that the goods can be returned either via email or telephone, you must ensure that the item returned is in an unused and perfect re-saleable condition. The item must be returned complete, with all the original packaging and instructions that were sent to you, otherwise we will be unable to refund you.
  • Upon satisfactory receipt of the goods we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only, EXCLUDING ANY DELIVERY CHARGES THAT YOU HAVE PAID, either by cheque or the original method of payment. However, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM BACK TO US. If our courier collects the item on our behalf from you then we shall deduct a collection fee specified to you from the price you paid, the balance shall be paid via refund to you.
  • In cases where you arrange your own delivery back to we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the form of a signed receipt or signed collection/delivery notification from your courier. We would also recommend using a ‘tracked’ method of delivery. Wee will not be held responsible for loss when arranging your own collections.
  • Unfortunately we regret that in the case of personalised or bespoke products we are unable to provide a refund on these items. Such items are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. If you are in doubt about placing an order for a personalised product then please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you and provide further details.


Damaged Goods

  • Our policy on returns does not affect you Statutory Rights as a consumer.
  • If the goods are received damaged then we will offer you a full refund or if you prefer an alternative product. In such as case please contact us by phone, email or contact us via our website Contact Us form.  Signing for any item upon receipt confirms that the goods where delivered in good condition, however if the contents of an unopened box are damaged we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of signing. We are unable to consider any claim for damaged goods after this time period.
  • Upon confirmation of damage, confirming all our terms have been met, we will then decide the most cost effective method for returning the product back to us. Once we have decided the method of return we shall pay for the reasonable return carriage of the goods.
  • When returning an item back to us please enclose all the packaging, instructions, leaflets etc that came with the product, together with a brief written explanation of the fault. If you decide to arrange your own delivery again we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the form of a signed receipt or signed collection/delivery notification from your courier. We would also recommend using a ‘tracked’ method of delivery. If the item goes missing upon return, we may not be able to issue a refund or postage refund without this proof.
  • In the case of personalised products or any item that has been made to your specification, again we regret that we are unable to provide a refund on these items. Such items are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000. If you receive such an item that has been damaged then will repair or replace the product. Where this is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question.
  • Please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting by email or phone. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Please notify of the problem in writing as soon as possible and preferably within 28 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
  • Multi-buy items: Main or qualifying multi-buy items can be returned to us if they are damaged or defective. We are able to offer you a replacement for any qualifying multi-buy items. Due to the nature of these promotions, we cannot offer you a refund for the main or qualifying item alone.
  • Test of returned items: We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to check. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order. 


Faulty Goods

  • In the rare and unlikely event of your item developing a fault, our policy for faulty items is set out as follows: If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 7 days of accepting delivery we will offer you a full refund or a replacement item.



  • You may cancel the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day you received the product by:
    • sending the notice of cancellation by email ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or
    • where you have already received the goods, following our returns authorisation procedure – by contacting by email or phone. We will provide you with a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your item. Wrap the item securely and include the original invoice along with your returns authorisation number. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this result in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
  • Items that are excluded from the right to cancel include the following: (a) goods made to specification or otherwise personalised; (b) items that contain consumables.
  • We will refund your credit card once we have received and processed the item as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of notice of cancellation. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to or if you fail to return goods you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.
